As with all our services, making sure the fit is right for you and your business is the most important thing. We have a team of FDs, from which we carefully select the ideal pairing for you.
Depending on the size of your business, it may be you only need an FD for a handful of hours a year. This is absolutely fine, as our service is completely flexible. We have clients who have an FD for three days per week, down to one day per quarter. It is entirely dependent on your needs.
Your FD can help you formulate a business plan and forecast, after having spent time with you to get to know you, your issues and your business. We'll be there with you, checking in regularly, to make sure your progress is according to the plan and timescale we have agreed.
We typically charge a daily rate depending on requirements. Often we can obtain funding for these services, which considerably reduces the cost. We will be clear as to the outcomes you want to achieve and how we will measure success.
